大高宽比超限高层结构设计及关键问题研究

摘要: 某结构高度为 303. 0m 超高层建筑,最大高宽比达 9. 2,地上 66 层,地下 6 层,采用框架-核心筒+加强层的结构体系,以钢管混凝土叠合柱框架+钢筋混凝土核心筒+伸臂桁架+环带桁架作为抗侧力体系。 该建筑简化为悬臂杆来分析结构强度、刚度、稳定性。 通过调整合理的周期、位移,控制了结构刚度。 选用结构刚重比及屈曲荷载为指标,验证结构在水平作用下的稳定性。 分析了在极限状态下加强层构件的承载力以及节点的弹塑性发展。 通过动力弹塑性时程分析,研究了结构的薄弱位置及延性。 静力、动力的分析结果表明,结构抗震性能较好,满足既定性能目标。

Structural design and key problem research of out-of-code high-rise structure with largeaspect ratio

Abstract: A super high-rise building with a structural height of 303. 0m and a maximum height to width ratio of 9. 2 has66 floors above ground and 6 floors underground. The building adopts the frame-core tube structure system with thestrengthened stories, the concrete-filled steel tubular composite column frame, the reinforced concrete core tube, theoutrigger truss and the annular truss are together comprising lateral force resistance system. Taking the building as thecantilever rod as the analysis object, the structural strength, stiffness and stability were investigated. The structuralstiffness was controlled by adjusting a reasonable period and displacement. The structural stiffness to weight ratio andbuckling load were selected to as indicators to verify the stability of the structure under horizontal action. The bearingcapacity of members and the elastic-plastic development of joints of reinforcing layers were analyzed under the ultimatestate. The weak position and ductility of the structure were studied by dynamic elastoplastic time history analysis. Theanalysis results of the static and dynamic show the structure has a good seismic performance and could meet theestablished performance objectives.
