摘要: 长沙保利国际广场 B3 塔楼建筑高度 235m,采用混合框架-钢筋混凝土核心筒-伸臂桁架-带状桁架结构体系,属于结构不规则的高度超限结构。 采用 SATWE 和 ETABS 两种软件对塔楼进行弹性分析,并采用 PERFORM-3D 进行动力弹塑性时程分析,针对加强层、核心筒竖向收进、斜柱等重点部位采用了伸臂桁架贯通剪力墙、剪力墙中设置交叉钢筋暗撑、加强楼板构造等加强措施。 结果表明,塔楼各项指标均满足规范要求和预期抗震性能目标,结构安全可靠。

Super high-rise structure design on B3 tower of Changsha Poly International Plaza

Abstract: The building height of B3 tower of Changsha Poly International Plaza is 235m. A hybrid frame-reinforced concretecore-outrigger truss-belt truss system was adopted, which belonged to the irregular structure and height overrun structure. Elasticanalysis of the tower was carried out using SATWE and ETABS software, and dynamic elastic-plastic time-history analysis wascarried out using PERFORM-3D. For key parts such as the reinforcement layer, the vertical retraction of the core tube and theinclined column, strengthening measures such as the outrigger truss penetrating the shear wall, setting cross steel bar concealedbracing in shear wall and the strengthening floor structure were adopted. The results show that all the indicators of the tower meetthe requirements of the code and the expected seismic performance targets, the structure is safe and reliable.
