摘要: 运达中央广场是大型商业综合体,主塔楼为筒中筒超限高层结构。 介绍了标准层的结构布置,对其进行了小震、中震以及大震作用下的分析,结果表明,整体结构可以满足性能目标 C 的要求;对外围框架柱的局部转换桁架节点构造进行了详细阐述,采用大震作用下的内力,对转换桁架节点细部进行了有限元分析,结果表明转换桁架节点可以满足大震作用下的承载力要求;中部裙楼有采用型钢桁架的大跨度重荷载屋盖,对屋盖布置和选型进行了详细阐述,并对桁架连接节点细部进行了有限元分析,结果表明,屋盖结构和节点细部连接的选型合理,能满足受力要求。

Structural design of Yunda Central Plaza

Abstract:Yunda Central Plaza is a large-scale commercial complex. The main tower is a tube-in-tube over-limit high-risestructure. The structural layout of the standard floor was introduced, and the analysis was carried out under the action ofsmall earthquakes, medium earthquakes and rare earthquakes. The results show that the overall structure can meet therequirements of the performance objective C. The structure of the local transfer truss joints of the peripheral frame columnswas described in detail, and the details of the transfer truss joints were analyzed by finite element analysis using the internalforce under the action of rare earthquakes. The results show that the transfer truss joints can meet the bearing capacityrequirements under the action of rare earthquakes. The middle podium has a large-span heavy-load roof, which adopts steeltrusses. The layout and selection of the roof were described in detail, and the details of the truss connection joints werecarried out by finite element analysis. The results show that the selection of roof structure and joint details are reasonableand can meet the stress requirements.
