某书本雕像结构设计关键问题研究

摘要: 湘西边城书本雕像源自沈从文《边城》,采用空间异形钢框架结构体系,由 15 榀人字形刚架和纵向水平连系梁组成,单榀人字形刚架由内页人字形支撑柱、外页展开方向曲形框架梁、内外页水平连接梁及外页局部落地支撑柱组成,所有杆件之间均为刚性连接。 采用 SAP2000 软件对书本结构进行整体受力和变形分析、稳定性分析,对曲面板按拉弯或压弯构件进行分析和设计。 分析结果表明,考虑曲面板刚度能有效提高结构整体稳定性及变形能力,结构各项指标均能满足规范要求。 通过设置一端固定铰支座、一端滑动铰支座释放柱底水平推力,解决因柱底拉杆尺寸过大引起的设计和施工难度问题。

Study on the key issues of structural design of a book statue

Abstract: The book statue in Xiangxi Biancheng originates from the world of Shen Congwen’ s biancheng. The buildingadopts the spatial special irregular steel frame structure system, which is composed of 15 chevron rigid frames andlongitudinal horizontal connecting beams. A single chevron rigid frame is composed of chevron brace columns on the innerpage, curved frame beams in the unfolding direction of the outer page, horizontal connecting beams on the inner and outerpages and local floor support columns on the outer page, and all the members are rigidly connected to each other. TheSAP2000 software was used to analyze the overall stress, deformation and stability of the book structure, and to analyze anddesign the curved panel according to the tension bending or compression bending components. The analysis results showthat considering the stiffness of curved panel can effectively improve the overall stability and deformation capacity of thestructure, and all indexes of the structure can meet the requirements of the code. By setting hinged and sliding support atthe column base to release the horizontal thrust at the column bottom, the design and construction difficulties caused by theexcessive size of the pull rod at the column bottom were solved.
