特殊体型超高层框架-核心筒结构设计与研究

摘要: 钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构是 150~ 250m 超高层建筑最常用的结构体系,目前在常规矩形平面及规则竖向立面的基础上,出现了较多特殊体型的框架-核心筒结构. 通过归纳汇总若干类特殊体型框架-核心筒结构的特点,主要从纺锤形立面、曲折外框柱及大退台立面等不规则超高层建筑设计的体系研究、结构设计重点及抗震性能目标进行研究分析. 结合实际超限项目结构设计,提出特殊体型框架-核心筒结构的结构控制性指标及结构加强措施.

Design and research of special-shape super high-rise frame-core wall structure

Abstract:Reinforced concrete frame-core wall structure is the most commonly used structural system for 150 ~ 250m superhigh-rise buildings. At present, on the basis of conventional rectangular planes and regular vertical elevations, there aremany frame-core wall structures with special shapes. The characteristics of several types of special-shape frame-core wallstructures were summarized, and mainly studies the system research, structural design focus and seismic performanceobjectives of irregular super high-rise buildings, such as buildings with spindle-shaped facades, winding outer framecolumns and large set-back facades. Combined with the structural design of practical over-limit projects, the structuralcontrol indicators and strengthening measures of frame-core wall structures with different special shapes were proposed.
