摘要: 广州金融城交通枢纽采用单层复杂曲面钢网壳结构构成独特的外立面造型. 由于项目钢网壳为风敏感的大跨度结构,设计过程中通过不同风环境下的风洞试验考虑周边建筑对主体结构风荷载作用的影响,并采用MIDAS Gen 有限元软件对各工况下的风荷载作用进行包络计算,以确保主体结构安全. 此外,由于钢网壳部分属于大空间建筑,设计时通过火灾场景分析,合理确定了火灾升温曲线进行防火验算,与标准室内升温曲线验算结果相比,该曲线计算所需杆件尺寸大大减小,结构达到了良好的经济性,并实现了美观建筑效果. 通过细致的结构方案比选,合理地设置支承构件,并结合线性及非线性屈曲分析结果,最终使得钢网壳具有了良好的整体稳定性.

Key technology of complex curved reticulated shell structure design of Guangzhou Financial City transportation hub

Abstract: The Guangzhou Financial City transportation hub adopts a single-layer complex curved steel reticulated shellstructure to form a unique facade. Since the steel reticulated shell of the project is a wind-sensitive large-span structure, thewind tunnel test under different wind environments was used to consider the influence of the surrounding buildings on thewind load of the main structure during the desgin process, and the finite element software MIDAS Gen was used to calculatethe envelope of the wind load under each working condition to ensure the safety of the main structure. In addition, becausethe steel reticulated shell is part of a large space building, the fire scene analysis was carried out to reasonably determinethe fire heating curve for fire protection check calculation in design. Compared with the check calculation result of thestandard indoor heating curve, the size of the rod required for the calculation of the curve is greatly reduced, the structureachieves good economy and realizes beautiful architectural effects. Through careful structural comparison and selection,reasonable arrangement of supporting members, and combination of linear and nonlinear buckling analysis results, the steelreticulated shell has good overall stability.
