汕头亚青会场馆项目(一期)钢结构关键技术分析

摘要: 汕头亚青会场馆项目(一期)位于沿海强风、台风易发的高烈度地区,钢屋盖采用倒三角立体悬臂桁架+拱桁架的结构体系,存在结构跨度大、悬挑大、风振响应、温度效应明显等设计难点. 从结构体系、设计条件、力学概念出发,通过传力路径分析、温度作用精细分析、振动分析、防连续倒塌分析等,最终采用柱内预应力拉索、弹簧阻尼支座、调谐质量阻尼器、现场温度监测等措施解决结构振动、温度效应等问题. 分析结果表明,钢结构体系合理,抗震和抗风性能好,结构整体性强.

Abstract: The venue project Shantou Asian Youth Conference ( phase I) is located in a high-intensity area with strongcoastal winds and typhoons, the steel roof adopts the structural system of inverted triangular three-dimensional cantilevertruss + arch truss. There are design difficulties such as large structural span, large overhang, wind vibration response andobvious temperature effect. Starting from the structural system, design conditions and mechanical concepts, through theanalysis of force transfer paths, fine analysis of temperature effects, vibration analysis and anti-continuous collapseanalysis, etc. , finally, prestressed cables in the column, spring damping bearings, tuned mass dampers, on-sitetemperature monitoring and other measures were adopted to solve problems of structural vibration and temperature effects.The results show that the steel roof structure system is reasonable, the seismic and wind resistance performance is good, thestructural integrity is strong.
