广州白云国际机场三号航站楼超长结构分析与设计

摘要: 研究了温度作用对广州白云国际机杨 T3 航站楼超长结构的影响,系统介绍了混凝土结构和钢结构温度作用的计算内容、计算理论及计算方法,其中混凝土结构温度计算采用等效当量温差法和施工仿真分析法,两种方法均考虑了后浇带封闭时间及膨胀剂的影响. 计算结果表明,两种方法计算的混凝土楼板应力规律吻合较好,施工仿真模型结果比等效温度模型结果略高 10% ~ 20%. 根据计算结果,提出了相应措施,包括布设预应力筋等. 针对T3 航站楼屋盖钢结构超长问题,设计通过优化支座布置、参数,合理地释放温度应力.

Super-long structure analysis and design of Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport Terminal 3

Abstract: The influence of temperature effect on super-long structure of Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport Terminal 3was studied, and the calculation content, calculation theory and calculation method of temperature effect of concretestructure and steel structure were systematically introduced. The temperature calculation of concrete structure adoptedequivalent temperature difference method and construction simulation analysis method. The two method considers theinfluence of the sealing time of the post-cast zone and the expansion agent. The calculation results show that the stress lawof the concrete floor calculated by the two methods is in good agreement, and the results of the construction simulationmodel are slightly higher than that of the equivalent temperature model by 10% ~ 20%, according to the calculation results,corresponding measures were putd forward, including the layout of prestressed tendons, etc. Aiming at the super-longproblem of the Terminal 3 roof steel structure, the design optimizes the bearing arrangement and parameters to release thetemperature stress reasonably.
