建筑结构防地震倒塌性能设计

摘要: 定量评价结构的防地震倒塌性能对于降低地震下人员伤亡和经济损失具有非常重大的意义. 国际上,美国等已将结构防地震倒塌性能定量评价纳入到相应的设计指南中. 为此,中勘协《建筑结构抗震性能化设计标准》亦将引入防地震倒塌设计,这对提升我国工程建设的地震安全性能具有非常重要的意义. 首先从分析方法、倒塌判别准则、倒塌风险评价方法三方面简要介绍了《建筑结构抗震性能化设计标准》中防地震倒塌性能设计的相关规定. 进而通过两个典型案例,即中美规范设计结果对比、单重和双重结构体系对比,详细介绍了防倒塌性能设计方法在工程建设中的实际应用.

Performance-based design of building structures for collapse under earthquake

Abstract: Quantitative evaluation of the structure capacity against earthquake-induced collapses is of great significance toreduce human casualties and economic losses under earthquakes. Internationally, the United States and other countries haveincorporated the quantitative evaluation of the structure capacity against earthquake-induced collapses into correspondingdesign guidelines. Now, similar contents will be included in the Standard for performance-based seismic design of buildingstructures of China Engineering & Consulting Association, which is of great importance to improve the seismic safety ofengineering constructions in China. The provisions of performance-based design for earthquake-induced collapse in thestandard from three aspects were briefly introduced: analysis method, collapse discrimination criteria and collapse riskevaluation method. Then, based on two typical cases ( i. e. , comparison of design outcomes of Chinese and Americancodes, comparison of the single and dual lateral force resisting systems), the practical applications of the performance-based design method for earthquake-induced collapse in engineering constructions were introduced in detail.
