摘要: 简要介绍美国主要抗震性能化标准发展历程,并以 TBI 作为主要参考,介绍美国抗震性能化设计流程、两阶段设计方法,两水准性能目标制定、设计参数,并结合 ARUP 美国部分项目及 CTBUH 制定的 performance-basedseismic design for tall building 所提供的部分案例,对美国抗震性能化设计进行了简要的介绍,最后概括总结了中美抗震性能化设计主要差异,以及抗震性能化设计的未来前景.

Brief introduction of performance-based seismic design of high-rise buildings in America

Abstract: The development history of the main performance-based seismic design standards in America was brieflyintroduced, and TBI was taken as the main reference to introduce the performance-based seismic design process, two-stagedesign method, two-level performance goal formulation, and design parameters in America. The performance-based seismicdesign in America was also briefly introduced in combination with some cases provided by ARUP′s American projects andCTBUH′s performance-based seismic design for talk building. Finally, the main differences between performance-basedseismic design in China and America and the future prospects of performance-based seismic design were summarized.
