GRC 网格与聚丙烯纤维混凝土复合加固混凝土圆柱轴压性能试验研究∗

摘要: 完成了 24 根 GRC 网格与聚丙烯纤维混凝土复合加固混凝土圆柱试件的轴压性能试验,研究了不同加固层混凝土中聚丙烯纤维含量、GRC 网格包裹位置及包裹方式等参数对试件抗压性能的影响规律,得到了其破坏形态、荷载-应变曲线、荷载-位移曲线及极限荷载.结果表明:试件破坏形态主要为中部压溃和斜剪破坏,大部分试件加固层混凝土最终剥离;GRC 网格全包试件较间隔包裹试件表现出更高的抗压性能;GRC 网格外包在加固层混凝土表面的试件抗压性能优于内包在核心柱混凝土表面的试件;掺入聚丙烯纤维可小幅度增强试件抗压性能;GRC 网格和聚丙烯纤维均能显著提升试件的延性.提出了 GRC 网格与聚丙烯纤维复合加固混凝土圆柱的正截面轴压承载力计算方法,经对比,计算值略小于试验值.

Experimental study on axial compression performance of concrete circular columns reinforced withGRC mesh and polypropylene fiber reinforced concrete

Abstract: The axial compression performance tests of 24 concrete circular column specimens reinforced with GRC mesh andpolypropylene fiber reinforced concrete were completed,and the effects of parameters such as the content of polypropylenefiber in different reinforced concrete layers,the location of GRC mesh wrapping and wrapping method on the compressiveperformance of the specimens were studied,and the damage morphology,load-strain curve,load-displacement curve andultimate load were obtained. The results show that: the damage pattern of the specimens is mainly central crush and obliqueshear damage,most of the specimens reinforcement layer concrete eventually peeled. Both GRC mesh and polypropylenefibers can significantly enhance the ductility of the specimens. The calculation method of axial compression load capacity ofpositive section of concrete circular column reinforced with GRC mesh and polypropylene fiber reinforced concrete wasproposed,the calculated value is slightly smaller than the test value by comparison.
