FRP 筋混凝土构件裂缝控制标准安全度设置水平研究∗

摘要: 针对纤维增强复合材料(FRP)筋混凝土构件设计规范关于裂缝宽度计算公式的有关规定,研究裂缝宽度计算公式的保证率与荷载组合的关系.提出了以等效保证率作为衡量频遇组合或准永久组合下裂缝宽度计算公式的安全度评判指标的建议.并据此研究了«纤维增强复合材料建设工程应用技术规范» (GB 50608—2010) (简称 GB 50608—2010 规范)裂缝宽度计算公式的安全度设置水平.在此基础上,对 GB 50608—2010 规范的裂缝宽度计算公式提出了两种修订建议:在原规范的标准组合下将裂缝宽度公式的计算保证率由 95%降为 85%,相应的受弯构件受力特征系数由 2.1 降为 1.8;考虑采用频遇组合代替标准组合进行裂缝宽度计算.

Research on safety setting level of crack control standard for FRP bar concrete component

Abstract: The relationship between the guarantee rate of crack width calculation formula and the load combination wasstudied according to the crack width calculation formula in fiber reinforcement polymer ( FRP) bar concrete componentdesign code. A suggestion was put forward to use equivalent guarantee rate as the safety evaluation index of crack widthcalculation formula under frequency encounter combination or quasi-permanent combination. Based on this,the safetysetting level of the crack width calculation formula of Technical code for infrastructure application of FRP Composites(GB50608—2010)(for short GB 50608—2010 code)was studied. Two revision suggestions were proposed for the calculationformula of crack width of GB 50608—2010 code. Under the standard combination of the original specification,thecalculated guarantee rate of the crack width formula is reduced from 95% to 85%,and the corresponding stresscharacteristic coefficient of bending members is reduced from 2.1 to 1.8. Alternatively,the crack width calculation isperformed in lieu of a standard combination using frequency encounter combination.
