“两水准两阶段”抗震性能化设计方法及工程应用

摘要: 针对小震计算设计方法与中震计算设计方法展开对比分析,研究两种设计方法的相同之处和本质区别.重点论述基于构件的 “两水准两阶段”结构抗震性能化设计方法,即“小(或中)震结构弹性计算、构件承载力设计,大震结构弹塑性计算、构件承载力和变形复核”的抗震思路和设计方法. 实现基于构件层次的结构抗震性能化设计,与基于构件试验的混凝土结构经典理论的理念保持一致. 通过一栋复杂连体建筑的结构超限设计,重点论述定量评估大震作用下构件正截面变形能力、斜截面承载能力以及构件损坏程度. 结果表明,通过大震作用下的构件性能评估,可以发现结构抗震薄弱位置和薄弱构件;采取具有针对性的加强措施可实现结构抗震性能的精准优化,保证结构抗震安全.

Performance-based seismic design method of “two-level and two-stage”and its engineering application

Abstract: The comparative analysis of the small earthquake calculation design method and the moderate earthquakecalculation design method was carried out, and the similarities and essential differences between the two design methodswere studied. Focused on the performance-based seismic design method of “two-level and two-stage” based on components,seismic ideas and design methods were elaborated, including elastic calculation of structures and bearing capacity design ofcomponents under small (or moderate) earthquake, as well as elastoplastic calculations of structures, bearing capacity anddeformation check of components under rare earthquake. The performance-based seismic design of structures based oncomponent level has been realized, which is consistent with the concept of classical theory of concrete structure based oncomponent test. Through the structural out-of-code design of a complex connected building, the quantitative evaluation ofthe deformation capacity of the normal section, the bearing capacity of the oblique section and the damage degree of thecomponents under rare earthquake was emphasized. The results show that through the performance evaluation of thecomponent under rare earthquake, structural seismic weak locations and weak members can be identified, and targetedstrengthening measures was adopted to achieve the precise optimization of the structural seismic performance, thus ensuringthe seismic safety of the structure.
