集束钉群装配式钢-混组合梁界面滑移特性研究∗

摘要: 集束钉群装配式钢-混组合梁由于构造、施工与现浇组合梁有差异,其钢与混凝土界面滑移刚度受钉群布置影响.为研究集束度对装配式钢-混组合梁界面滑移特性的影响规律,开展了 5 个具有相同抗剪连接程度的集束钉群装配式钢-混组合梁加载试验,研究不同集束度试验梁的荷载-位移曲线、破坏形态、钢-混凝土交界面滑移特性以及截面应变变化规律的差异.试验结果表明:集束度对集束钉群装配式钢-混组合梁的屈服荷载影响较小;界面滑移随集束度的增大而增大;随着集束度的增大,试验梁的截面应变不再服从平截面假定.基于试验及理论分析,提出了考虑集束度和钉群折减系数的装配式钢-混组合梁界面滑移线性刚度计算公式,该公式计算结果与本文及文献的试验值吻合良好.

Research on interface slip properties of assembled steel-concrete composite beamswith cluster nail groups

Abstract: The steel-concrete interface slip stiffness of assembled steel-concrete composite beams with cluster nail groups isaffected by the nail group arrangement due to the difference in construction and construction from cast-in-place compositebeams. In order to study the influence rule of the cluster degree on the interface slip properties of assembled steel-concretecomposite beams,five loading tests on assembled steel-concrete composite beams with cluster nail groups and the samedegree of shear connection were carried out to investigate the differences in the load-displacement curve,the damagepattern,the slip properties of the steel-concrete interface and the change rule of strain in the section of the test beams withdifferent cluster degrees. The test results show that the effect of the cluster degree on the yield load of assembledsteel-concrete composite beams with cluster nail groups is small;the interface slip increases with the increase of the clusterdegree;the cross-sectional strain of the test beams no longer obeys the assumption of flat section as the cluster degreeincreases. Based on the experimental and theoretical analyses,a linear stiffness calculation formula for the interface slip ofassembled steel-concrete composite beams considering the cluster degree and nail group discount factor was proposed,andthe calculation results of the formula are in good agreement with the experimental values in this paper and the literature.
