厦门英蓝国际金融中心桩-土共同工作设计与实测研究

摘要: 厦门英蓝国际金融中心的桩基础所处的地层起伏且性质差异较大,直接持力层还具有遇水软化的不利特性,这给考虑桩-土共同工作的桩基础设计带来一定难度.首先对本工程进行了单桩静载试验和地基土载荷板试验,获得桩和地基土的抗压承载力特征值,为设计分析提供可靠依据.其次,通过考虑桩-土共同工作的精细化数值分析,实现了合理化的桩基础设计.最后,沉降监测结果显示,实际沉降小于数值分析预测的沉降,满足设计要求.桩-土压力监测结果显示,桩间土压力为 127~ 179kPa,桩间土分担荷载显著,桩顶反力较小.通过实践创新,本工程桩基础设计取得了较好的经济效果.

Research on pile-soil interaction design and measurement for Xiamen WinlandInternational Financial Center

Abstract: The layer of the pile foundation of Xiamen Winland International Financial Center (XFC) fluctuates and hasgreat differences in properties. The direct bearing layer also has the disadvantage of softening when encountering water,which brings certain difficulties to the design of pile foundation considering pile-soil interaction. Firstly,the single pilevertical static load test and foundation soil load plate test were carried out for the project,and the characteristic values ofthe compressive bearing capacity of the pile and foundation soil were obtained to provide a reliable basis for design andanalysis. Secondly,through the numerical analysis considering the pile-soil interaction,the rational pile foundation designwas realized. Finally,the settlement monitoring results show that the actual settlement is less than that predicted settlementby numerical analysis,which meets the design requirements. The pile and soil pressure monitoring results show that the soilpressure between piles is 127 to 179kPa,the load shared by the soil between piles is significant,but the reaction force atthe pile top is small. Through practical innovation,the pile foundation design of the project has achieved good economicresults.
