摘要: 温州凯迪中心超限高层办公楼建筑高度 278m,经分析比较后采用现浇钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构,存在高度超高、刚度突变、楼板不连续、扭转不规则、穿层柱、斜柱等超限项,属于超限高层建筑,按抗震性能目标 C 进行性能化设计.采用 YJK 和 MIDAS 两个计算软件对该结构体系进行整体及局部的计算和分析,包括多遇地震抗震分析及弹性时程分析、中震抗震分析、罕遇地震等效弹性分析等,采用 PKPM-SAUSAGE 进行罕遇地震弹塑性时程分析.各项计算结果表明,结构能够满足规范的相应要求,设计能够达到预设的抗震设计性能目标,说明结构体系可行,结构构件选用合理.

Structural design of Kaidi Center out-of-code high-rise building in Wenzhou

Abstract:The height of Kaidi Center out-of-code high-rise building in Wenzhou is 278m. The cast-in-situ reinforcedconcrete frame-core tube structure was adopted after analysis and comparison. The building belonged to the out-of-codehigh-rise structure due to a series of out-of-code items such as out-of-code height,stiffness mutation,discontinuous floor,torsion irregularity,cross-layer column and inclined column. The performance-based design was carried out according toseismic performance target C. Calculation and analysis were applied integrally and locally to the structure by YJK andMIDAS,including frequent earthquake seismic analysis and elastic time-history analysis,medium earthquake seismicanalysis,equivalent elastic analysis of rare earthquake,etc. The elastic-plastic time-history analysis of rare earthquake wascarried out by PKPM-SAUSAGE. The result of calculation show that the structure can meets the requirements of thecorresponding code and the design agrees with the preset performance objectives of seismic design,which indicates that thestructural system is feasible and the selection of structural members is reasonable.
