摘要: 细腰型楼盖常见于高层及超高层住宅建筑.结构设计应通过计算分析得到地震作用下细腰型楼盖内力,并使其具有足够的承载能力,保证整体结构可靠工作.现行规范对细腰型楼盖给出了概念设计及对应的构造措施,但并未给出明确的计算分析方法.反应谱及时程分析方法尚不能得到细腰型楼盖相连结构相互错动产生的细腰型楼盖面内剪力和弯矩,存在安全隐患.在美国建筑规范 IBC 2003 基础上,提出了一种更合理的细腰型楼盖地震作用效应分析新方法,该方法已推广应用于国内一批住宅项目,有利于保证含细腰型楼盖高层超高层建筑结构抗震安全性.

New method of earthquake action effect analysis on narrow connected floor

Abstract: Narrow connected floor is used in high-rise and super high-rise residential building. The structure design shouldobtain the internal force of the narrow connected floor under earthquake action through calculation and analysis,and makethe floor have sufficient bearing capacity to ensure the safety of the overall structure. The current code provides theconceptual design and corresponding construction measures for narrow connected floor,but does not provide a calculationand analysis method. The shear force and bending moment in the narrow connected floor caused by the mutual dislocation ofthe narrow connected floor connected structures cannot be obtained by the response spectrum and time-history analysismethod,and there is a potential safety problem. Based on America building code IBC 2003,a new method of earthquakeaction effect analysis of the narrow connected floor was proposed,and the method has been widely applied in a number ofresidence projects in China,which is beneficial to ensure the seismic safety of high-rise and super high-rise buildings withnarrow connected floor.
