逆作法在某工程桩已施工完毕工程中的应用

摘要: 对于临近地铁建筑工程的超深地下室,需考虑其建造过程对地铁运行及周边环境的不利影响,逆作法对此类工程有较强的适用性. 重点介绍了某工程桩已经施工完毕的临近地铁工程逆作法施工设计的两个方面:利用部分主体结构梁板形成拱形水平支承系统,将水平力可靠传递至既有结构,保留塔楼核心筒和部分裙房区域作为顺作施工空间;采用在主体柱、墙以外布置竖向支承柱进行支承系统转换的方法,待逆作完成后,再顺作主体结构柱、墙,解决因工程桩已先期施工完毕,而导致无法采用传统逆作法中竖向支承柱和主体柱、墙合一布置的问题. 该逆作法可最大程度上减小逆作施工范围,方便出土,提高施工效率. 最后对该逆作法实施过程中特有的结构主框梁和支承梁在不同工况下的因支座条件改变应该注意的事项进行了总结.

Application of top⁃down method in a project with completed construction of engineering piles

Abstract: For adjacent subway projects with ultra⁃deep basement, it is necessary to consider the adverse effects of itsconstruction process on the subway operation and the surrounding environment, and the top⁃down method has strongapplicability to such projects. Two aspects of the construction and design of top⁃down method of the adjacent subway projectwith the completed construction of engineering piles were emphatically introduced: the arch horizontal support system isformed by using part main structure’ s beams and slabs, and the horizontal force is reliably transmitted to the existingstructure, then the core tube of the tower and some podium areas are retained as the down⁃top construction space. A methodof arranging vertical support column outside the main column and the wall to transform the bracing system was adopted,after the top⁃down construction was completed, the main structural column and the wall are construct with the down⁃topconstruction process, which solves the problem that the vertical support column, the main column and the wall can not bearranged in the same position which is common in the traditional top⁃down method because the construction of theengineering pile has been completed in advance. This top⁃down method can minimize the scope of top⁃down construction,facilitate excavation and improve construction efficiency. Finally, the matters needing attention due to the change of bearingconditions of the main frame beams and support beams in different working conditions were summarized during theimplementation of this top⁃down method.
