摘要: 针对故宫博物院北院区建设工程项目的地层情况、水文概况及结构功能,分析了基坑设计的重难点. 对地下连续墙、排桩+桩间旋喷桩、搅拌桩、钻孔咬合桩、TRD 工法墙、CSM 工法墙几种北京常见的止水帷幕工艺进行了对比,依据项目情况选取两种适用的地下水控制与基坑支护形式,即“地下连续墙+内支撑”或“双排桩/ 内支撑+TRD 工法墙”方案. 在综合考虑方案技术可行性与经济可行性后,在造价增加不多的情况下,推荐耐久性更高的地下连续墙作为本项目的基坑支护及止水方案.

Comparison and selection of foundation pit support schemes for the North Courtyardof the Palace Museum

Abstract:According to the stratigraphic condition, hydrological profile and structural function of the construction project ofthe North Courtyard of the Palace Museum, the important and difficult points of foundation pit design were analyzed.Several common water⁃stop curtain technologies in Beijing such as underground diaphragm wall, soldier pile+rotary spraypile between piles, stirring pile, borehole cast⁃in⁃place pile, TRD construction method wall and CSM construction methodwall were compared, and two applicable forms of groundwater control and foundation pit support were selected according tothe project situation, namely " underground diaphragm wall + internal support" or " double row pile / internal support + TRDconstruction method wall" . After comprehensively considering the technical feasibility and economic feasibility of thescheme, the underground diaphragm wall with higher durability is recommended as the foundation pit support and water stopscheme of the project under the condition that the cost increase is not large.
