摘要: 以国家会展中心(天津)工程二期项目为背景,13# ~ 16#展厅最后一榀四弦凹形桁架因施工场地受限的影响,无法使用原方案地面拼装、分段吊装的施工方法. 为解决此问题,拟选用原位拼装、逐跨整体提升的施工方案.介绍了施工方案和提升系统设计,并且采用有限元软件对桁架的安装及卸载过程进行模拟分析,得到了提升过程中桁架自身和相关提升构件的应力和变形. 分析结果表明:桁架、提升支架、提升吊具、加固支撑预埋件的应力和变形均处于合理的范围内,可以满足相关规范要求,说明在场地受限的条件下,原位拼装、逐跨整体提升的施工方案可以克服场地困难,满足施工要求.

Construction technology on four⁃string concave truss of National Convention and ExhibitionCenter(Tianjin) project

Abstract: Taking the second phase of the National Convention and Exhibition Center (Tianjin) project as the background,the last four⁃string concave truss of exhibition hall 13#~ 16# cannot be assembled on the ground and hoisted in sections dueto the limited construction site. In order to solve this problem, it was proposed to choose the construction scheme of in⁃situassembling and overall lifting by span. The construction scheme and lifting system design were introduced, the finiteelement software was used to simulate and analyze the installation and unloading process of the truss, the stress anddeformation of the truss itself and related lifting members were obtained in the process of lifting. The analysis results showthat the stress and deformation of the trusses, lifting supports, lifting spares and embedded reinforcement supports are all ina reasonable range, which can meet the requirements of relevant codes. It indicates that the construction scheme of in⁃situassembly and overall lifting by span can overcome the site difficulties and meet the construction requirements under thecondition of limited site.
