摘要: 针对普通锚杆耐久性差、性价比低,预应力锚杆存在施工工艺复杂、渗水隐患大等问题,提出了一种内嵌预应力杆芯的组合锚杆。 该组合锚杆通过内嵌先张法预应力杆芯,可有效控制杆身裂缝;且杆芯为工厂预制,施工阶段无须张拉,可简化施工流程,符合地下室底板防渗漏要求。 依托工程实例与有限元数值分析,给出了组合锚杆的设计理论,对其进行了受力性能分析,证明了其在技术上的可行性。

Analysis on mechanical performance of composite anchor with embeddedprestressed anchor core

Abstract: Aiming at the problems of poor durability and low price-quality ratio of ordinary anchor, complicatedconstruction technology and great hidden danger of water leakage in prestressed anchor, a composite anchor with embeddedprestressed anchor cores was proposed. The composite anchor can effectively control the crack of the anchor body byembedding the pre-tensioned prestressed anchor core. The anchor core is prefabricated in the factory, and no tensioning isrequired during the construction stage, which can simplify the construction process and meet the requirement of anti-leakageof basement floor. Based on a specific engineering and finite element analysis, the design theory of the composite anchorwas given, the mechanical performance of it was analyzed, and the technical feasibility of it was proved.
