杭州亚运会拳击场馆杭州体育馆屋盖单层索网结构提升改造分析与设计∗

摘要: 杭州体育馆是我国较早建成的马鞍形单层索网体育建筑,屋盖单层索网结构由 56 根承重索和 50 根稳定索组成。 2022 年杭州亚运会将用作拳击比赛主场馆,需进行提升改造设计。 新屋面系统重量增加,导致原承重索最大拉力略超设计值,需要进行结构加固。 通过不同方案的比选,确定了新增 11 根拉索的改造方案。 进行了屋盖索网结构从拆除到增索、新建屋面系统的全过程施工模拟分析。 结果表明,原屋面系统拆除过程中索网产生的较大上抬变形,必须设置配重以减小变形。 以拆除前的现状为参考,原屋面系统拆除时索网上抬变形,新屋面系统安装完毕后则又比现有位置下降 54mm,承重索的拉力略有增加。 屋盖索网结构对风荷载和雪荷载较为敏感,地震作用和温度作用下产生的变形和内力可以忽略不计。 此外,还进行了新索旧索索夹和新索端部节点的设计,并通过缠绕防腐胶带的方式提升索网耐久性。

Analysis and design on the upgrading retrofit of Hangzhou Gymnasium roof single-layercable-net structure for Asian Games Hangzhou boxing venue

Abstract: Hangzhou Gymnasium is a sports building with saddle-shaped single-layer cable-net roof built earlier in ourcountry. The single-layer cable-net roof structure consists of 56 load-bearing cables and 50 stability cables. Now theupgrading and retrofit design should be carried out just because it will be used as a venue for games boxing competitions in2022 Hangzhou Asian Games. The weight of the new roof system increases, resulting in the maximum tensile force of theoriginal load-bearing cable slightly exceeding the design value, which requires structural reinforcement. Through thecomparison of different schemes, the reconstruction scheme of adding 11 new cables was determined. The simulationanalysis of the whole construction process was carried out from removing the original roof system to increasing the cables andbuilding the new roof system. The results show that due to the large lifting deformation of the cable-net during thedemolition of the original roof system, counterweights must be set to reduce the deformation. Taking the current situationbefore demolition as a reference, the cable-net was lifted and deformed during the demolition of the original roof system.After the installation of the new roof system, it was lowered by 54mm compared with the existing position, and the tensionof the load-bearing cable increased slightly. Roof cable-net structure is sensitive to wind load and snow load, and thedeformation and internal force caused by earthquake action and temperature action can be ignored. In addition, the designof the new cable and the old cable clip and the new cable end node was also carried out, and the durability of cable-net wasimproved by wrapping anti-corrosion tape.
