钢管混凝土框架-钢板剪力墙核心筒-黏滞阻尼墙减震结构抗震性能评价研究

摘要: 钢管混凝土框架-钢板剪力墙核心筒-黏滞阻尼墙减震结构是一种适用于超限高层的新型结构体系. 以京东智慧城超高层办公楼为例,参考«建筑抗震设计规范»(GB 50011—2010)、«建筑结构抗震性能化设计标准»(T/ CECA 20024—2022)与美国 FEMA-356 标准,分别基于承载力与变形指标设定结构抗震性能目标,对此结构进行多遇地震水准与罕遇地震水准的抗震性能评价. 分析计算结果表明,该结构满足预期的性能目标要求,最大层间位移角小于规范限值,在多遇地震水准下结构保持弹性,在罕遇地震水准下结构构件损伤分布合理,说明该结构体系具有良好的抗震性能.

Research on the seismic performance assessment of a concrete filled steel tube frame-steel plate core shear wall-viscous damping wall energy-dissipated structure

Abstract: Concrete filled steel tube frame-steel plate core shear wall-viscous damping wall energy-dissipated structure is anew structural system suitable for out-of-code high-rise buildings. Taking the super high-rise office building of JingdongIntelligence City Project as an example, referring to the code for seismic design of buildings ( GB 50011—2010), thestandard for seismic performance design of building structures ( T/ CECA 20024—2022) and the American FEMA-356standard, the seismic performance objectives of the structure were set based on the bearing capacity and deformationindexes. The seismic performance assement of the structure was carried out under frequently occurred and rare earthquakes.The analysis and calculation results show that the structure meets the expected performance objective requirements. Themaximum inter-story drift ratio is less than the code limit value. The structure remains elastic under frequently occurredearthquake, while the damage distribution of structural component is reasonable under the rare earthquake, indicating thegood seismic performance of the structural system.
