组合减震技术在建筑抗震韧性提升中的应用

摘要: 对建筑进行抗震韧性评价是建筑抗震设计领域的重要发展方向. 参考«建筑抗震韧性评价标准» (GB/ T38591—2020)中的评估方法,开发了抗震韧性评价软件,并对某高烈度区小学教学楼案例进行了建筑抗震韧性评价分析. 考虑到建筑抗震韧性与结构在地震作用下的变形和加速度响应相关,提出在原方案基础上采用屈曲约束支撑和黏滞阻尼墙的组合减震设计方案以提高建筑抗震韧性. 通过对结构震后修复费用、修复时间和人员损伤等指标进行评估,确定了两种方案对应的抗震韧性等级. 结果表明,开发的抗震韧性评价软件可实现自动化蒙特卡洛扩展模拟与韧性指标评价ꎻ采用混凝土损伤因子与钢材应变作为损伤评价指标可适用于建筑抗震韧性评价ꎻ采用位移型阻尼器和速度型阻尼器相结合的组合减震方案显著提升了建筑抗震韧性等级.

Application of composite damping technique in seismic resilience enhancement of buildings

Abstract: Seismic resilience assessment of buildings is a crucial area of research for seismic design. With reference tostandard for seismic resilience assessment of buildings (GB/ T 38591—2020), a seismic resilience assessment program wasdeveloped, which was applied in a primary school building in a high intensity zone. Considering that seismic resilience of buildings is related to the deformation and acceleration response of structures under earthquake, a scheme which combinesbuckling-restraint brace with viscous damping wall was proposed to improve the seismic resilience of the building. Throughthe evaluation of the repair cost, repair time and personnel damage, the seismic resilience level of the building wasassessed. The results show that the developed seismic resilience assessment program is able to realize automatic MonteCarlo extended simulation and seismic resilience assessment. Concrete damage factor and steel strain are suitable damageassessment criteria for the seismic resilience assessment for buildings. The combination of displacement-type dampers andvelocity-type dampers significantly improves the seismic resilience level of the building.
