温州国鸿中心超高层塔楼结构设计

摘要: 温州国鸿中心超高层塔楼地上 71 层、地下 3 层,建筑高度为 356m,采用钢管混凝土叠合柱-钢梁-钢筋混凝土核心筒混合结构体系。 为了提高整体结构刚度,通过比选结构加强层设置方案,确定了加强层数量、伸臂桁架及腰桁架的设置方案。 采用基于性能的抗震设计方法,针对不同超限情况采取了相应的技术措施。 对结构进行了弹性和弹塑性时程分析,结果表明,结构可满足预设的性能目标。 最后介绍了考虑混凝土徐变收缩的施工模拟分析。

Structural design of super high-rise tower of Wenzhou Guohong Center

Abstract: The super high-rise tower in Wenzhou Guohong Center has 71 floors overground and 3 floors underground withbuilding height of 356m. The building adopts hybrid structure system with steel tube-reinforced concrete column-steelbeam-reinforcement concrete core tube. Through comparison and selection of structural reinforcement layer setting plans,the number of reinforcement layers, the setting plan of outrigger truss and waist truss were determined to improve the overallstructural rigidity. Aims at different overrun situations, technical measures based on performance-based seismic designmethods were adopted. The elastic and elastic-plastic time-history analysis of the structure were executed, the results showthat the structure can fulfill expected seismic performance targets. Finally, construction simulation analysis consideringconcrete creep and shrinkage was introduced.
