PSB 精轧螺纹钢预应力扩大头抗浮锚杆的工程 应用研究

摘要: 依托成都天府国际生物城污水处理厂 PSB 精轧螺纹钢预应力扩大头抗浮锚杆项目,介绍了 PSB 精轧螺纹钢预应力扩大头抗浮锚杆的结构特点、施工工艺及施工方法。 探讨了在西南泥岩地区采用 PSB 精轧螺纹钢预应力扩大头抗浮锚杆在提高锚杆锚固效果、提高锚杆承载力、施加预应力控制锚杆裂缝以提锚杆耐久性等方面的实际效果。 研究结果表明:采用 PSB 精轧螺纹钢筋节约了钢筋用量,提高了单根锚杆承载力;PSB 精轧螺纹钢筋预应力扩大头抗浮锚杆在成都天府国际生物城污水处理厂项目的成功应用,解决了泥岩地区基岩裂隙水丰富情况下采用普通锚杆容易失效问题;利用预应力施工技术控制锚杆裂缝,解决了锚杆耐久性问题,且节省了工期、节约了成本,具有良好的社会效益。

Engineering application of the pre⁃stressed anti⁃floating anchor with enlarged head project of PSB finishing rolling rebar

Abstract:Based on the pre⁃stressed anti⁃floating anchor with enlarged head project of PSB finishing rolling rebar in the sewage treatment plant of Chengdu Tianfu International bio⁃town, the structural characteristics, construction technology and construction method of the pre⁃stressed anti⁃floating anchor with enlarged head project of PSB finishing rolling rebar were introduced. The practical effects of the pre⁃stressed anti⁃floating anchor with enlarged head project of PSB finishing rolling rebar in southwest mudstone area on improving the anchoring effect of anchor, improving the bearing capacity of anchor, and applying prestress to control anchor cracks to improve the durability of anchor were discussed. The results show that the use of PSB finishing rolled rebar saves the amount of reinforcement and improves the bearing capacity of single anchor rod. The successful application of the pre⁃stressed anti⁃floating anchor with enlarged head project of PSB finishing rolling rebar in the sewage treatment plant of Chengdu Tianfu International bio⁃town solves the problem of easy failure of ordinary anchor rod under the condition of abundant bedrock fissure water in mudstone area. The prestressed construction technology was used to control the crack of anchor rod, which solves the problem of anchor rod durability, saves the construction period and cost, and has good social benefits.
