摘要: 云南康美健康体验中心位于昆明市呈贡区,建筑±0 000 标高以上为圆形多塔结构钢管混凝土柱钢框架结构,采用可自然采光通风的半开敞地下室作为隔震层,对上部多塔结构整体隔震,隔震层层高 5 4m,隔震支座布置于地下室柱上端外墙开敞标高范围,形成长下支墩。 对比了多塔结构抗震和隔震的动力行为,对隔震相关设计参数和长下支墩对减震效果的影响进行了分析,并提供了关键部位设计构造做法。

Integrated seismic isolation structure design of a multi⁃tower building

Abstract: Yunnan Kangmei Health Experience Center is located in Chenggong District of Kunming. Above the zero point of relative elevation of the building, it is a circular multi⁃tower structure with a steel tube concrete column steel frame structure. The semi⁃open basement with natural lighting and ventilation is used as the seismic isolation layer to isolate the seismicity from the upper multi⁃tower structure. The height of the seismic isolation layer is 5 4m. The isolation bearing is arranged in the open elevation range of the exterior wall at the upper end of the basement column to form a long lower buttress. The dynamic behaviors of seismic and isolation of multi⁃tower structure were compared, the related design parameters of seismic isolation and the influence of long lower buttress on the damping effect were analyzed, and the design and construction methods for key parts were provided.
