摘要: 武汉越秀·国际金融汇五期商业 MALL 主体结构为 5 层钢筋混凝土框架结构,平面尺寸 141 6m×131 7m。结构平面严重超长,存在大跨度钢结构连廊及较多的大悬挑、大跨度、复杂造型结构等特殊区域。 主要介绍了商业MALL 的整体结构概况、基础设计以及关键结构设计。 关键结构设计包括超长结构的温度应力控制设计,与三期商业互通的连廊设计方案对比与分析,北侧电影院入口悬挑桁架钢骨混凝土梁与钢桁架悬挑设计方案对比,南中庭采光顶大跨度屋盖设计,西侧主入口上方大跨度梁与悬挑梁设计,设备层大跨度梁从井字梁体系到单向连续预应力梁体系选型对比。

Abstract:The main structure of fifth⁃phase commercial Mall of Wuhan Yuexiu · International Financial Exchange is a 5⁃storey reinforced concrete frame structure with a plane size of 141 6m×131 7m. The structural plane is seriously overlong, and there are large⁃span steel structure corridors and many special areas such as large overhang, large⁃span, and complexshape structure. The overall structure overview, foundation design and key structure design of the commercial MALL were mainly introduced. The key structure design includes the temperature stress control design of the super⁃long structure, thecomparison and analysis of the design scheme of the corridor with the third phase of commercial intercommunication,the design scheme comparison of the cantilevered truss steel reinforced concrete beam and the steel truss cantilever at the entrance of the cinema on the north side, large⁃span roof design of the south atrium with light roof, design of large⁃span beams and cantilever beams above the main entrance on the west side, and selection and comparison of long⁃span beams on the equipment floor from the well⁃shaped beam system to the one⁃way continuous prestressed beam system.
