摘要: 钰龙金融广场采用下部为框架⁃核心筒结构,上部为框架⁃剪力墙结构的超高位全托柱转换结构,属 6 度区超 B 级高度多项不规则的超限高层建筑。 介绍了结构的基础设计、性能化设计、弹性计算、弹性时程分析和动力弹塑性计算等内容,并着重介绍了减震耗能构件的应用和转换结构的加强措施。 分析结果表明,通过合理的结构布置、细致的分析和完善的加强措施,能使结构满足设计预定的抗震设防目标的要求。

Structural design of Yulong Financial Plaza

Abstract: Yulong Financial Plaza adopts a frame⁃core tube structure in the lower part and a frame⁃shear wall structure inthe upper part with a super⁃high supporting column transfer structure. It is an excessive high⁃rise building with multipleirregularities of super B⁃level height in the 6⁃degree zone. The basic design, performance⁃based design, elastic calculation,elastic time⁃history analysis and dynamic elastic⁃plastic calculation of the structure were introduced, and the application ofshock absorption and energy dissipation components and the strengthening measures for the conversion structure wereintroduced. The analysis results show that through reasonable structural arrangement, detailed analysis and perfectstrengthening measures, the structure can meet the requirements of the pre⁃designed seismic fortification objectives.
