摘要: 布吉文体中心项目采用钢框架结构体系,其建筑造型独特,立面复杂,因大跨度、大悬挑存在结构转换和多项不规则。 介绍了项目的结构特点和设计思路,根据建筑功能需要,对各楼层平面和上下楼层间的空间关系进行梳理,确定了合理柱网和结构形式。 采用 YJK 和 ETABS 两个软件进行了结构在多遇地震和风荷载作用下的计算分析,得到了振型周期、刚重比、风振加速度、最大层间位移角、框架梁挠度、楼盖舒适度、关键构件和节点受力性能等重要的分析结果。 结果表明:柱网的优化最大限度地减少了结构转换,局部悬挑综合运用了桁架、斜柱的不同转换形式,传力路径简单明确,结构计算各项指标满足规范要求,结构设计合理、安全、可靠。

Abstract: Buji Culture and Sport Center project adopts steel frame structure system with unique architectural shape andcomplex facade. Due to large span and large overhang,there are structural transformation and irregularities. The structuralcharacteristics and design ideas of the project were introduced, the spatial relationship between each floor plan up and downaccording to the needs of building functions was combed, the reasonable column grid and structural form were determined.YJK and ETABS software were used to calculate and analyze the structure under the frequent earthquake and wind load,and important analysis results such as vibration mode period, stiffness weight ratio, wind vibration acceleration, maximuminter story displacement angle, frame beam deflection, floor comfort, stress performance of key components and joints wereobtained. The results show that the optimization column grid minimizes structural transformation, different transformationforms of truss and inclined column are comprehensively used for local cantilever, the force transmission path is simple andclear, and each index of structural calculation meets the specification requirements, which is reasonable, safe and reliablefor structural design.
