连体结构受力性态分析与工程实践

摘要: 高层建筑连体结构通过连接体将不同塔楼连在一起,相比常规独栋塔楼,受力性能更为复杂,对结构分析和设计提出了更高的要求。 从连体结构基本力学概念出发,首先介绍了高层连体结构受力特点,针对典型工程案例,分析对比了与不同塔楼结构形式相适应的连接方式。 从结构整体受力、变形以及连接体的受力变形等方面,对连接体的选型与设计进行了剖析,总结了不同连接形式的受力特点、适用情况和设计原则。 对不同工程案例的分析表明,对柔性连接连体结构,连接体对整体结构受力性态基本无影响,可按单塔和连接体分别设计;而刚性连接连体结构,连接体对整体结构的自振特性、变形特点和受力情况的影响不容忽视,需进行单塔和整体结构的包络设计。

Mechanical behavior analysis and engineering practice of conjoined structure

Abstract: The conjoined structure of high⁃rise buildings connects different towers together through connectors. Comparedwith conventional single⁃family towers, the mechanical performance is more complex, which puts forward higherrequirements for structural analysis and design. Starting from the basic mechanical concept of the conjoined structure, thestress characteristics of the high⁃rise conjoined structure were firstly introduced. According to the typical engineering cases,the connection methods suitable for different tower structures were analyzed and compared. The selection and design of theconnecting body were analyzed from the aspects of the overall stress and deformation of the structure and the stress anddeformation of the connecting body. The stress characteristics, applicable conditions and design principles of differentconnecting forms were summarized. The analysis of different engineering cases shows that, for the flexible connectedconjoined structure, the connecting body has basically no effect on the mechanical behavior of the overall structure, and canbe designed according to the single tower and the connecting body respectively. While for the rigid connecting conjoinedstructure. The influence of the natural vibration characteristics, deformation characteristics and stress conditions of theoverall structure can not be ignored, and the envelope design of the single tower and the overall structure should be carriedout.
