超薄灰缝烧结弃土高性能砌块砌体受力性能研究

摘要: 为研究通过超薄灰缝连接的烧结弃土高性能砌块砌体的受力性能,对砌体进行受压、受剪试验研究,分析其破坏特征、极限承载力和受力机理。 试验结果表明:由于竖缝均采用互锁形式,超薄灰缝烧结弃土高性能砌块砌体受压试件主裂缝为沿砌体竖缝的全通缝,且宽面部分出现剥落现象;受剪破坏时砂浆携带少量砌块表面剥离,需进一步提高砌块自身粘接强度;当水平灰缝厚度达到 2mm 时能有效提高砌体抗压、抗剪强度,建议在超薄灰缝砌体的施工中灰缝厚度采用 2mm;再生预拌特种砂浆可用于超薄灰缝施工中,环保经济;基于试验结果提出了相应的抗压、抗剪强度平均值建议公式。

Study on the mechanical properties of ultra-thin layer mortared high performance musk sintered block masonry

Abstract: In order to study the mechanical properties of high performance musk sintered block masonry connected byultra-thin layer, the compressive property and shear strength were tested. And the damage characteristics, ultimate bearing capacity and the damage mechanism were analyzed. The results show that for the form of vertical mortar joint of masonry is interlocked, the main mortar joint of ultra-thin layer mortared high performance musk sintered block masonry compressive specimens appeared in a form of continuous seam along the vertical mortar joint, and the wide surface part has peeling phenomenon. In the case of shear failure, some small amount of block were peeling with mortar, thus the bonding strength of block needs to improve. When the horizontal mortar joint thickness is 2mm, the compressive strength and shear strength of masonry get increased. It is suggested that the thickness of the mortar joint should be 2mm in the construction of the ultra-thin mortar joint masonry. Recycled premixed special mortar can be used in the construction of ultra-thin mortar joint, which is environmentally friendly and economical. According to test results, the calculation formulas of average value of compressive strength and shear strength were put forward.
