摘要: 钢板混凝土结构是一种新型组合结构,为研究其面外受剪承载力影响因素的变化规律,比较了中国规范、美国规范和日本规范对于钢板混凝土构件面外受剪承载力计算方法的差异。 以某核电工程中的钢板混凝土墙体为例,比较了中美日规范对于面外受剪承载力随对拉抗剪件配筋率的变化规律。 利用中美日规范的不同计算方法,分别对不同参数下的钢板混凝土试验试件的面外受剪承载力进行了计算,并与试验结果做了对比,评价了中美日规范面外受剪承载力设计公式的可靠性。 结果表明:中美规范计算出的承载力可以很好地包络所有的试件结果,保证率高。 日本规范可以包络大多数钢板混凝土试件结果,但对部分无拉筋和少拉筋试件的计算偏于不安全。总体来看,中国规范的受剪承载力计算公式相对保守。 中美日现行规范均无法直接验算只设置对拉抗剪件钢板混凝土构件的面外受剪承载力,建议对只设置对拉抗剪件而无栓钉构件的受剪承载力采用拉剪复合受力下的折算应力来进行验算。

Calculation and comparison on out-of-plane shear bearing capacity of steel plate concrete component using Chinese,American,Japanese codes for nuclear facilities

Abstract:Steel plate concrete structure is a new type of composite structure. In order to study the variation of the influencing factors of its out-of-plane shear bearing capacity, comparison of Chinese code, American code and Japanese code for steel plate concrete components in the calculation method of out-of-plane shear bearing capacity was conducted. Taking the steel plate concrete wall in a nuclear power plant as an example, the variation of the out-of-plane shear bearing capacity with the reinforcement ratio of the connecting shear component using Chinese, American and Japanese code was compared. The out-of-plane shear bearing capacity of steel plate concrete test specimens in various countries was calculated using the Chinese, American and Japanese codes, and compared with the test results. The reliability of the design formula for the out-of-plane shear bearing capacity of the Chinese, American and Japanese codes was evaluated. The results show that the shear bearing capacity calculated by the Chinses and American code can well envelop all the test results and ensure a high guarantee rate. The Japanese code can envelop most steel plate concrete specimen results, but the calculation of some specimens, which lack of tie bars is unsafe. Overall, shear bearing capacity calculation formula in Chinses code is relatively conservative. The current Chinese code, American code and Japanese code cannot directly calculate the out-of-plane shear bearing capacity of the steel plate concrete components that are only set for connecting shear component, and it is recommended that the shear bearing capacity of the component with connecting shear component and without studs inside should be calculated by using the converted stress under the shear composite force.
