水平荷载下承力盘位置对新型混凝土扩盘桩弯曲型 破坏状态影响研究

摘要: 承力盘参数对新型混凝土扩盘桩(NT⁃CEP 桩)的承载性能具有一定影响,其中承力盘位置在 NT⁃CEP 桩抵抗水平荷载时较为重要。 采用半截面桩小模型原状土试验方法对 4 个承力盘顶部到桩顶的距离分别为 50、90、130、170mm 的 NT⁃CEP 桩进行了试验,采用 ANSYS 有限元软件对 7 个承力盘顶部到桩顶距离分别为1 500、2 100、2 700、3 300、3 900、4 500、5 100mm 的 NT⁃CEP 桩进行了模拟。 对比分析了水平荷载作用下 NT⁃CEP 桩不同承力盘位置对桩周土体破坏状态以及 NT⁃CEP 桩抗倾覆能力的影响,确定水平荷载作用下承力盘位置对 NT⁃CEP 桩承载力的影响规律:承力盘距离桩顶越近,NT⁃CEP 桩抵抗水平荷载能力越强。 最后,根据试验和模拟结果,完善了 NT⁃CEP 桩在水平荷载作用下的计算公式,为 NT⁃CEP 桩在实际工程中的应用及设计提供了可靠的理论基础。

Research on influence of bearing plate position on bending failure state of new type concrete

expansion plate pile under horizontal load

Abstract: The parameters of the bearing plate have a certain influence on the bearing performance of the new type concreteexpansion plate pile, and the position of the bearing plate is important when the NT⁃CEP pile resists horizontal loads. The semi⁃section pile small model undisturbed soil test method was used to stimulate four NT⁃CEP piles with the distance from the top of bearing plate to the top of pile ranging from 50, 90, 130 to 170mm respectively. The ANSYS finite element software was used to stimulate seven NT⁃CEP piles, with the distance from the top of bearing plate to the top of pile ranging from 1500, 2100, 2700, 3300, 3900, 4500 to 5100mm respectively. The effect of different bearing plate positions of NT⁃CEP piles on the failure state of soil around the piles and the anti⁃overturning ability of NT⁃CEP piles under horizontal loads were compared and analyzed, and the influence law of bearing plate position on the bearing capacity of NT⁃CEP piles under horizontal loads was determined: the closer the bearing plate is to the pile top is, the stronger the ability of NT⁃CEP pile is to resist horizontal load. Finally, according to the test and simulation results, the calculation formula of NT⁃CEP pile under horizontal loads was improved, which provided a reliable theoretical basis for the application and design of NT⁃CEP pile in practical engineering.
