西安火车站加固改造设计及相关问题研究

摘要: 针对既有西安火车站加固改造工程,通过多种方案的比选确定了采用传统加固方法。 确定了合理的加固设计后续使用年限及相关参数,选择 01 版抗震规范对其进行加固改造设计。 结合不同的加固方法,对加固改造模型进行了验算与迭代分析,最终确定并优化了一整套加固方案。 对外围框架柱采取异形柱加固的方案,实现了修旧如旧的效果,保留了原有的历史风貌。 本次改造新增整层的钢结构夹层,新增钢梁与原混凝土框架柱铰接,楼板采用钢筋桁架楼承板,通过总体指标比对和构件内力分析,确定了合理的新增夹层并入原结构的设计模型。 对于夹层新增钢梁与原混凝土框架的连接节点构造形式,进行了创新并做了充分的验算。 同时,对地基与基础进行了复核验算,并对其中一排柱下地基采用注浆加固法,有效地避免了新建建筑附加荷载和施工的不利影响。 最后,针对构造措施的不同要求,提出具体的构造措施加固方法。

Reinforcement and reconstruction design of Xi’ an Railway Station and analyses of related problems

Abstract: For the reinforcement and reconstruction project of the existing Xi ’ an Railway Station, the traditional reinforcement method was determined through the comparison of various schemes. The reasonable following service life and related parameters of reinforcement design were determined, and the 01 version of the seismic code was selected for reinforcement and reconstruction design. Combined with different reinforcement methods, the reinforcement model was checked and analyzed iteratively, and a whole set of reinforcement schemes were finally determined and optimized. The special-shaped column reinforcement scheme was adopted for the outer frame columns, which achieved the effect of repairing the old as the old and retained the original historical features. In this renovation, a whole layer of steel structure interlayer was added. The new steel beams were hinged with the original concrete frame columns, and the floor was made of reinforced truss floor plate. Through the comparison of the overall index and the analysis of the internal force of the components, the reasonable design model of adding the new interlayer into the original structure was determined. The connection joint between the new steel beam and the original structural column was innovated and sufficiently checked. At the same time, the foundation and basement were checked, and the grouting reinforcement method was adopted for one row of column foundation, which effectively avoided the adverse effects of additional load and construction of new buildings. Finally, according to the different requirements of structural measures, specific structural measures and reinforcement methods were proposed.
