摘要: 四季荟中心 1#楼结构高度 149. 27m,采用钢筋混凝土框架-剪力墙结构体系。 结构主要难点包括超 B 级高度、整体高宽比及筒体高宽比超过规范建议值较多、局部墙体长度变化、角部存在无柱的框架转角梁(长悬挑梁) 等不利情况,属于超限高层建筑。 介绍了超限高层结构设计中的关键问题,进行了方案比选、弹性分析、静力弹塑性分析、动力弹塑性分析、楼板应力分析、楼面振动舒适度专项分析。 结果表明结构能满足规范要求,达到设定的性能目标。

Structural design for Tower 1# of Si Ji Hui Center

Abstract: The height of Tower 1# of Si Ji Hui Center is 149. 27m, and it adopts a reinforced concrete frame-shear wall structure system. The main difficulties of the structure including super B-level height, overall height-width ratio and cylinder height-width ratio exceeding the recommended value of the specification, local wall length changes, frame corner beams without columns at the corners, large overhangs and other unfavorable situations, which belong to over-limit high-rise building. The key issues in the design of over-limited high-rise structures were introduced, and the comparison and selection of schemes, elastic analysis, static elastic-plastic analysis, dynamic elastic-plastic analysis, floor stress analysis, and floor vibration comfort were carried out. The results show that the structure can meet the specifications requirements and achieve the set performance goals.
