西安咸阳国际机场东航站楼结构设计

摘要:西安咸阳国际机场三期工程由东航站楼、综合交通中心及过夜用房组成,其中东航站楼由一个集中式主楼及六条指廊构成;东航站楼纵横两个方向长度分别为 1 242m 和 832m,通过设置隔震缝及防震缝分为各自独立的结构单元,其中主楼中央区采用隔震设计,其余单元采用抗震设计。 东航站楼下部主体结构为钢筋混凝土框架结构,主楼屋盖为由斜圆钢管柱与 Y 形钢柱支承的正放四角锥空间曲面网格钢结构,指廊屋盖为由圆钢管柱支承的单向实腹变截面钢梁结构。 主要介绍东航站楼结构设计的关键问题,包括湿陷性黄土地基的处理、桩基础设计、隔震设计、超长结构以及复杂钢结构设计,并对东航站楼结构进行了大震弹塑性分析。 分析结果表明,东航站楼整体结构具备维持稳定并保持承载的能力。

Structural design of east terminal building of Xi’ an Xianyang International Airport

Abstract: Xi’ an Xianyang International Airport Phase Ⅲ project consists of the east terminal building, comprehensive transportation center and overnight accommodation building. The east terminal building consists of a centralized main building and six corridors; the length of the east terminal building in the vertical and horizontal directions is 1 242m and 832m respectively. It is divided into independent structural units by setting seismic isolation joints and anti-seismic joints.The central area of the main building adopts the seismic isolation design, and the other units adopt the seismic design. The main structure of the lower part of the east terminal building is a reinforced concrete frame structure, the roof of the main building is a positive quadrangular pyramid space curved grid steel structure supported by inclined circular steel pipe columns and Y-shaped steel columns, and the corridor roof is the one-way solid-web variable-section steel beam structure supported by circular steel pipe columns. It mainly introduces the key issues in the structural design of the east terminal building, including the treatment of collapsible loess base, pile foundation design, seismic isolation design, super-long structure and complex steel structure design. The elasto-plastic analysis under the rare earthquake was carried out on the east terminal structure. The analysis results show that the overall structure of the east terminal building has the ability to maintain stability and bearing capacity.
