摘要: 对矿坑进行生态修复利用的长沙冰雪世界工程,原为水泥采石场,主要建筑功能为室内滑雪场和屋顶露天水乐园,由于建造难度大,被称为“不可能完成的项目”之一. 工程具有基础条件复杂、结构形式特殊、楼盖跨度大且荷载大、施工和地质条件限制多等特点,采用支承于坑底与坑壁的巨型结构形式. 介绍了这一特殊项目的主体结构与坑底及坑壁关系、超大跨预应力混凝土梁设计、重荷载钢屋盖结构设计、受地质条件影响的动态设计调整等若干关键问题及设计措施. 通过多种结构方案比选、大跨度混凝土与钢结构技术应用、设计与施工紧密结合,较好地实现了从坑底悬浮雪乐园和屋顶水乐园结构的建筑设计意图.

Structural design of Changsha Ice and Snow World ecological restoration and utilization of mine

Abstract: Changsha Ice and Snow World is the project for ecological restoration and utilization of the mine which wasoriginally a cement quarry. Its main building functions are the indoor ski resort and the rooftop open⁃air water park. Due tothe huge difficulty of construction, it was called one of the " impossible projects" . The project has the characteristics ofcomplex basic conditions, special structural form, large floor span and large load and many restrictions on construction andgeological conditions. The form of mega structure supported on the bottom and the wall of the pit were adopted. Several keyissues and design measures of this special project was introduced, such as the relationship between the main structure andthe bottom and wall of the pit, the design of super⁃large⁃span prestressed concrete beams, the structural design of heavy⁃load steel roof, and the dynamic design adjustments affected by geological conditions. Through the comparison of variousstructural schemes, the application of long⁃span concrete and steel structure technology, and the close combination ofdesign and construction, the design intention of floating structure over the pit is realized integratly.
