基于力学原理的南京江北 A1 地块超高层结构设计∗

摘要: 南京江北 A1 地块超高层项目的建筑高度为 499. 8m,采用带伸臂桁架加强层的巨型拱支框架⁃核心筒结构.与已建成的超高层结构不同,本项目采用拱结构替代普通的环形桁架,实现了结构高效和建筑美观的融合. 根据不同分区的结构布置和荷载,结合理论推导的合理拱轴线,以拱弯矩最小为设计原则确定了各分区的最优拱形.采用缓粘结预应力技术实现拱结构推力的自平衡,降低巨柱的次弯矩. 对比了 K 形和 X 形伸臂桁架的结构效率,确定了最优的伸臂桁架布置. 根据大震弹塑性分析结果,对加强层处核心筒墙体采取针对性加强措施. 对在核心筒内采用 C80 高强混凝土的合理性进行了分析比较,可供类似超高层项目参考.

Structural design of super high⁃rise building in Nanjing Jiangbei A1 block based on theprinciple of mechanics

Abstract: The height of super high⁃rise building in Nanjing Jiangbei A1 block is 499. 8m, which adopts a giant archsupported frame⁃core tube structure with outrigger truss reinforcement layer. Different from the existing super high⁃risestructure, this project adopts arch structure instead of ordinary belt truss, which realizes the integration of structuralefficiency and architectural beauty. According to the structural arrangement and load of different zones, combined with thereasonable arch axis derived from the theory, the optimal arch shape of each zone was determined by taking the minimumarch bending moment as the design principle. The unbonded prestressing technology was used to realize the self balance ofthe thrust of the arch structure and reduce the secondary bending moment of the giant column. The structural efficiency ofK⁃type and X⁃type outrigger trusses was compared, and the optimal layout of outrigger trusses was determined. According tothe elastic⁃plastic analysis results of large earthquakes, targeted strengthening measures were taken for the core tube wall atthe strengthening stroies. The rationality of using C80 high⁃strength concrete in core tube was analyzed, which can be usedas a reference for similar super high⁃rise projects.
