基于剪切层模型的钢结构酒店减震优化设计研究

摘要: 某钢结构酒店首层与 2 层层高较高、刚度较弱,小震及罕遇地震下 2 层层间位移角存在突变且不满足限值要求. 结构设计时从建筑空间需求及结构合理性出发,应用速度型油阻尼器进行了消能减震设计研究. 为提升消能减震优化设计研究效率,通过 Push-Over 分析获得各楼层三折线荷载-位移曲线,在此基础上将整体结构模型简化为剪切层模型,主要指标对比分析结果验证了剪切层模型能够较好模拟整体结构模型. 基于动力弹塑性时程分析对剪切层模型开展了不同数量油阻尼器减震效率研究,获得了结构两个方向相对更优的阻尼器数量,并介绍了这些阻尼器在平面中的位置及典型连接构造. 同时对设置阻尼器的消能减震结构与常规刚度加强结构动力弹塑性时程进行分析比较,结果表明满足位移限值要求且变形均匀的减震结构构件尺寸较小,减震结构构件罕遇地震下损伤相对较少;通过消能减震结构优化设计技术提升了建筑的使用品质,阻尼器很好地保护了主体结构.

Research on optimization design of energy dissipation of a steel structure based on shear layer model

Abstract: The first and second floors of a steel structure hotel are high in height and weak in stiffness, and there is asudden change in the displacement angle between the two floors under small earthquakes and rare earthquakes, which donot meet the limit requirements. Considering architectural space and structural rationality, energy dissipation designresearch was carried out by using velocity oil damper. In order to improve the research efficiency of the optimization designof energy dissipation, the three-fold line load-displacement curve of each floor was obtained through Push-Over analysis.On this basis, the overall structure model was simplified as a shear layer model, and the comparison and analysis results ofthe main indicators verify that the shear layer model can better simulate the overall structure model. Based on dynamicelastic-plastic time-history analysis, the shear layer model was studied on the energy dissipation efficiency of differentnumbers of oil dampers, and the relatively optimal number of dampers in the two directions of the structure was obtained,and the positions of these dampers in the plane and the typical connection construction were introduced. At the same time,the dynamic elastic-plastic time-history analysis of the energy dissipation structure with dampers and the conventionalstiffness-enhanced structure was analyzed and compared. The results show that the energy dissipation structural membersthat meet the displacement limit requirements and have uniform deformation are small in size, and the damage of energydissipation structural members under rare earthquakes is relatively less. The use quality of the building is improved throughthe optimal design technology of energy dissipation structure, and the damper protects the main structure well.
