盐城铁路综合交通枢纽结构设计关键技术∗

摘要: 盐城铁路综合交通枢纽项目由高铁站房和客运枢纽东西广场组成. 着重对高铁站房屋盖和客运枢纽西广场交通中心的结构设计关键技术进行了介绍. 结构选型方面,阐述了利用基于 Grasshopper 平台的找形工具以应变能最小为优化目标确定高铁站房屋盖桁架跨中高度;计算分析方面,对站房屋盖采用 SAP2000 和 ABAQUS 软件分别进行了弹性分析和罕遇地震下的弹塑性时程分析,对交通中心花柱结构采用 ETABS 软件进行最不利截面的混凝土和钢筋应力分析,对交通中心弦支网格结构天窗采用 SAP2000 软件进行弹性分析以及考虑材料非线性和几何非线性的全过程屈曲分析;关键节点方面,介绍了站房屋面桁架支座节点以及交通中心花柱结构梁柱节点、弦支结构的拉杆与撑杆连接节点和相关支座节点. 通过以上结构设计关键技术,在确保结构安全可靠和有效实施的同时,达到建筑方案的预期效果.

Key technologies of structural design for Yancheng railway comprehensive transportation hub

Abstract: Yancheng railway comprehensive transportation hub is composed of high-speed rail station and passengertransport hub east and west square. The key technologies of structural design of high-speed railway station roof andpassenger transport hub west square traffic center were introduced. In the aspect of structural selection, the mid-span heightof high-speed railway station roof truss was determined by using the shape-finding tool based on Grasshopper platform withthe minimum strain energy as the optimization objective. In the aspect of calculation and analysis, the elastic analysis andelastic-plastic time history analysis of station roof under rare earthquake were carried out by SAP2000 and ABAQUSsoftware respectively. For the traffic center variable section column structure, the stress analysis of concrete and steel barsin the most unfavorable section was carried out by ETABS software, and the elastic analysis and the whole process bucklinganalysis considering material nonlinearity and geometric nonlinearity were carried out by SAP2000 software for the cablesupported grid structure in the traffic center. In terms of the key nodes, the truss support nodes of the station roof, thebeam-column details of the variable section column structure of the traffic center, the connection details of the tension barsand the supporting bars in the cable-supported structure and the related support nodes were introduced. Through the abovekey structural design technologies, the expected effect of the construction scheme was achieved while ensuring the safe,reliable and effective implementation of the structure.
