杭州萧山国际机场 T4 航站楼主楼结构设计∗

摘要: 杭州萧山国际机场三期新建航站区工程包括 T4 航站楼、综合交通中心、能源中心、配套用房等. 主要介绍T4 航站楼主楼的结构体系和结构设计中的关键问题. 首先针对航站楼地下空间关系,提出相应的设计措施. 采用土-结构-轨道有限元法对航站楼主楼与高铁车站、地铁车站共建区域的振动响应进行分析. 对于航站楼主楼首层楼板大开洞情况,提出合理的计算分析假定以及结构措施. 采用建筑结构一体化的手段,解决大跨复杂钢结构屋盖的设计问题,同时利用有限元软件分析钢屋盖的防连续倒塌性能、行波效应、非线性稳定承载力和关键节点受力等问题. 应用结构计算软件分析主楼的温度效应,并据此提出合理有效的设计措施. 分析结果表明,T4 航站楼主楼的振动安全性和舒适性满足规范要求;首层大开洞条件下的地震作用有效传递能够得到保证;钢屋盖设计能够实现建筑美观和结构合理的统一;结构设计安全适用.关键词: 杭州萧山国际机场; 地下空间; 大跨复杂钢结构; 超长结构; 振动分析; 舒适性分析; 防连续倒塌设计

Structural design of main building of Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport Terminal 4

Abstract: The phase Ⅲ new terminal area project of Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport contains Terminal 4, groundtransportation center (GTC) , energy center and supporting buildings. The structural system and key issues in structuraldesign of main building of Terminal 4 were mainly introduced. Targeted design measures were proposed for the relationshipbetween the terminal and underground space. The vibration response of the co-construction area of the main building ofterminal, the high-speed train station and the metro station was analyzed using the soil-structure-track finite elementmethod. The large openings of the first floor of the main building of terminal were investigated to propose the reasonablecalculation and analysis assumption and structural measures. To solve the design problems of the large-span complex steelstructure roof, the architecture-structure harmony design was considered. The anti-progressive collapse performanceanalysis, the traveling wave effect analysis, the nonlinear stability ultimate bearing capacity analysis and the mechanicalproperty analysis of key joints of the steel roof were carried out by using the finite element software. The structurecalculation software was applied in the analysis of the temperature effect of the main building to propose reasonable designmeasures. The analysis results show that the vibration safety and comfortableness of the main building of Terminal 4 satisfythe specification requirements. The effective transmission of the earthquake action in the large openings of the first floor canbe ensured. The coordination between attractive architecture and reasonable structure is realized in the steel roof design.The structural design of this project is safe, economical and reasonable.
