G60 科创云廊单层铝合金网壳结构设计关键问题分析∗

摘要: 介绍了 G60 科创云廊大跨自由曲面单层铝合金网壳结构设计中的几个关键问题,包括结构方案的确定过程、自由曲面单层网格结构的形态构建方法、网格的布置和优化、超长外露结构的温度应力,以及无覆盖网格结构风荷载的确定、盘式节点抗剪加强和刚度的考虑、网壳的整体稳定及树状柱的极限承载力分析等. 结果表明,所采用的形态构建方法合理有效,能够得到受力高效且符合建筑对外形期望的理想形态;构件网格的布置符合力流走向且兼顾了透风率和构件长细比的需求;温度效应的不利影响通过取消长方向冗余构件、合理布置相对低膨胀系数的钢构件得到明显缓解;可采用实体风洞测力与数值风洞测压相结合的方式确定镂空网格结构的风荷载;增设一字或十字腹板连接板的方式可以有效加强传统盘式节点的抗剪承载力.

Key issues in single-layer aluminum lattice shell structure design of the G60 Science and TechnologyInnovation Cloud Gallery

Abstract: Several key issues in the design of a large span free-form single-layer aluminum lattice shell structure of the G60Science and Technology Innovation Cloud Gallery was introduced, including the structural scheme decision process,morphology and optimization of the free-form single-layer grid structure, topology and optimization of the grid structure,large temperature stress caused by ultra-long exposed structure,the approach to determine the wind load of the unclad gridstructure,shear bearing capacity strengthening of plate joints and its stiffness consideration, the overall stability of thereticulated shell and the ultimate bearing capacity analysis of the tree column, etc. The results show that the adoptedmorphology method is reasonable and effective, and can obtain the form with high efficiency and in line with the architect’s expectations. The layout of the component grid is in line with the force flow direction and takes into account therequirements of air permeability and component slenderness ratio. The adverse effects of temperature effects are alleviatedby canceling redundant components in the long direction and reasonably arranging steel components with relatively lowexpansion coefficients. The combination of physical wind tunnel force measurement and numerical wind tunnel pressuremeasurement is used to determine the wind load of the hollow grid structure; the addition of a straight or cross webconnecting plate can effectively enhance the shear bearing capacity of traditional plate joints.
