武汉长江中心大型商业结构设计研究∗

摘要: 武汉长江中心 A1 地块商业结构平面尺寸达 185m×135m,同时还存在凹凸不规则、楼板不连续、竖向构件不连续等超限项,为平面和竖向不规则的超限工程. 针对项目的结构设计特点、难点,开展了专项研究. 采用钢筋混凝土框架结构体系,选用实腹钢梁实现中庭等区域大跨结构设计. 介绍了结构基础选型;研究了提高整体结构抗扭刚度的设计加强对策;分析了商业中庭内外结构协同工作对大跨无柱中庭梁板的设计要求. 开展了罕遇地震作用下中庭楼板抗剪承载力专项分析,以验证其满足性能目标要求. 论述了转换梁转换柱以及大跨钢梁与钢筋混凝土主梁连接节点等关键构件与节点设计;阐述了人行激励下大跨楼面舒适度专项分析结果;归纳了罕遇地震下整体结构指标与结构构件的损伤情况. 目前项目的主体结构已经封顶,验证了分析研究及设计对策的可行性,保障了整体结构的安全性.

Research on large-scale commercial structure design of Wuhan Yangtze River Center

Abstract: The commercial structure of the A1 plot of Wuhan Yangtze River Center has a plane size of 185m × 135m.There are over-limit items such as irregular unevenness, discontinuous floor slab, discontinuous vertical components, etc. ,which is an over-limit project with plane and vertical irregularities. According to the characteristics and difficulties ofstructural design of the project, special research was carried out. The reinforced concrete frame structure system wasadopted, and the solid web steel beam was used to realize the large-span structure design in the atrium and other areas. Theselection of structural foundation was introduced. The design strengthening countermeasures to improve the torsionalstiffness of the overall structure were studied. The design requirements for the large-span column-free atrium beams andslabs for the cooperative work of the internal and external structures of the commercial atrium were analyzed. A specialanalysis of the shear bearing capacity of the atrium floor under rare earthquakes was carried out to verify that it meets theperformance target requirements. The design of key components and joints such as transfer beams, transfer columns,large-span steel beams and reinforced concrete main beams was discussed. The special analysis results of long-span floorcomfort under pedestrian excitation were expounded. Overall structural indicators and damage of structural members underrare earthquakes was summarized. At present, the main structure of the project has been capped, which verifies thefeasibility of analysis, research and design countermeasures, and ensures the safety of the overall structure.
