大连绿地中心结构设计∗

摘要: 大连绿地中心为超高层建筑,建筑高度 518m,结构高度 400. 8m,塔冠高度 117m. 大连风荷载较大,塔冠较高,为风荷载控制的超高层建筑. 结合建筑体型、功能布局以及结构受力要求,采用巨型框架支撑+核心筒+伸臂桁架结构体系. 整体结构弹性和弹塑性时程分析结果表明,结构整体指标满足规范要求,主要构件性能满足预定抗震性能目标的要求. 通过风洞试验,分析了体型优化和塔冠表皮开孔对塔楼风荷载效应的影响. 通过分析支撑和伸臂桁架对结构刚度的影响,确定结构抗侧力体系和布置. 针对酒店区建筑布置的要求,对酒店区不同结构布置的受力性能进行对比分析,选择合理的密柱深梁结构方案. 根据塔楼结构特点,探讨剪重比的合理取值和提高剪重比的措施.

Structural design of Dalian Greenland Center

Abstract: Dalian Greenland Center is a super high-rise building with a building height of 518m and a structural height of400. 8m, and a tower crown height of 117m. Due to large wind load in Dalian city and the high tower crown, it is a superhigh-rise building controlled by wind load. Combined with the building shape, functional layout and the structural mechanicalrequirements, the structural system of mega braced frame and core tube with outrigger trusses is adopted. The results ofelastic and elastic-plastic time history analysis of the overall structure show that the overall index of the structure meets therequirements of the code, and the performance of the main members meets the requirements of the predetermined seismicperformance targets. Through the wind tunnel test, the influence of shape optimization and tower crown skin opening on thewind load effect of the tower was analyzed. By analyzing the influence of brace and outrigger truss on structural stiffness, thelateral force resistant system and layout of the structure were determined. According to the requirements of building layout inthe hotel zone, the mechanical performance of different structural layout in the hotel zone was compared and analyzed, and areasonable structural scheme of dense column deep beam was selected. According to the structural characteristics of thetower, the reasonable value of the shear weight ratio and the measures to improve the shear weight ratio were discussed.
