天津高银 117 大厦塔楼结构设计综述∗

摘要: 天津高银 117 大厦塔楼结构大屋面高度 596m,高宽比 9. 5,为目前中国在建结构高度最高的超高层建筑.主要介绍了塔楼的结构布置方案、基础设计、主要构件和节点设计以及施工措施的影响. 塔楼采用巨型框架支撑筒-钢筋混凝土核心筒抗侧力体系,保证结构刚度和构件承载力满足规范要求. 采用超长钻孔灌注桩和 6. 5m 厚筏板作为结构基础. 沉降分析及观测结果表明,结构封顶 4. 5 年后最大沉降值约 100mm. 巨型钢管混凝土柱截面积达 45m2,尺度较大,试验结果表明巨柱截面仍满足平截面假定. 对巨柱复杂连接节点进行了有限元分析和试验研究,在保证安全性的基础上优化了节点构造. 通过施工模拟,分析了施工措施对主体结构的影响,并给出了核心筒领先施工的高度建议.

Structural design summary of the tower of Tianjin Goldin 117 Building

Abstract: The tower structure of Tianjin Goldin 117 Building has a large roof height of 596m and a height-to-width ratio of9. 5. It is currently the highest super high-rise building under construction in China. The structural layout scheme,foundation design, main component and node design and the influence of construction measures of the tower were mainlyintroduced. The tower adopts anti-lateral force system of mega frame braced tube-reinforced concrete core tube to ensurethat the structural rigidity and bearing capacity of component meet the requirements of the codes. Using super-long boredpiles and 6. 5m thick rafts as the structural foundation. The settlement analysis and observation results show that themaximum settlement value of the structure after 4. 5 years of capping is about 100mm. The cross-sectional area of the megaconcrete-filled steel tube column is 45m2, and the scale is relatively large. The test results show that the cross-section ofthe giant column still meets the assumption of flat cross-section. The finite element analysis and experimental research werecarried out on the complex connection nodes of the giant columns, and the joint structure was optimized on the basis ofensuring the safety. Through the construction simulation, the influence of the construction measures on the main structurewas analyzed, and the height suggestion for the leading construction of the core tube was given.
