风积沙对引气混凝土强度及孔结构的影响∗

摘要: 为了研究风积沙对不同种类引气混凝土强度和孔结构的影响,利用风积沙替代部分河砂作为混凝土细骨料,并采用皂苷和烷基两种引气剂配制风积沙引气混凝土,从抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度与核磁共振孔结构等方面分析风积沙掺量对引气混凝土强度及孔结构的影响,利用分形理论对不同风积沙掺量下引气混凝土孔结构分形维数进行分析. 研究结果表明:掺入适量风积沙可以提高引气混凝土的强度,风积沙引气混凝土能够满足 C25 强度设计要求;风积沙引气混凝土核磁共振 T2 谱呈现明显“三峰”结构,且风积沙引气混凝土核磁共振孔结构具有一定分形特征,其孔结构分形维数具有分段性. 该研究可为风积沙引气混凝土强度及孔结构发展规律提供数据支撑.

Influence of aeolian sand on strength and pore structure of air⁃entrained concrete

Abstract: In order to study the influence of aeolian sand on the strength and pore structure of different types ofair⁃entrained concrete, aeolian sand was used to replace part of river sand as concrete fine aggregate, and aeolian sandair⁃entrained concrete was prepared with saponins and alkyl air⁃entraining agents, and the influence of aeolian sand contenton the strength and pore structure of air⁃entrained concrete were analyzed from the aspects of compressive strength, splittensile strength and nuclear magnetic resonance pore structure. Fractal dimension of air⁃entrained concrete pore structureunder different aeolian sand content was analyzed by fractal theory. The study results show that mixing a proper amount ofaeolian sand can increase the strength of air⁃entrained concrete. Aeolian sand air⁃entrained concrete can meet the C25strength design requirements. The nuclear magnetic resonance T2spectrum of aeolian sand air⁃entrained concrete presentsan obvious " three peaks" structure, and the nuclear magnetic resonance pore structure of aeolian sand air⁃entrainedconcrete has certain fractal characteristics, and nuclear magnetic resonance fractal dimension is segmented. The study canprovide data support for the strength characteristics and pore structure development law of aeolian sand air⁃entrainedconcrete.
