榫卯钢结构外包 U 型钢⁃混凝土组合梁抗弯性能试验及理论分析∗

摘要: 为研究一种新型抗剪连接的榫卯钢结构外包 U 型钢⁃混凝土组合梁的抗弯性能以及破坏模式,对 6 根此种形式的简支梁足尺试件进行了抗弯承载力试验. 试验中主要考虑翼缘板内钢筋桁架焊接用作抗剪连接件,研究钢梁高度、内部纵筋等对组合梁抗弯刚度和抗弯承载力的影响. 在试验的基础上提出了适应此种新型抗剪连接件的组合梁跨中挠度计算公式. 研究结果表明:此种抗剪连接件的组合梁试件承载力良好,破坏形态均为正截面弯曲破坏,破坏后整个试件具有很大的挠度变形,满足试件延性设计要求;提出的修正刚度法计算跨中挠度结果与试验值吻合较好.

Experimental and theoretical analysis of flexural performance of U⁃shaped steel⁃concretecomposite beams covered by tenon and mortise steel structure

Abstract: In order to study the flexural performance and failure mode of a new type of shear⁃connected U⁃shaped steel⁃concrete composite beams covered by tenon and mortise steel structure, the flexural bearing capacity test was carried out on6 full⁃scale specimens of this type of simply supported beam. In the test, the welding of steel bar trusses in the flange platewas mainly considered as the shear connector, and the influence of the height of the steel beam and the internal longitudinalreinforcement on the flexural stiffness and flexural bearing capacity of the composite beam was studied. On the basis of thetest, a formula for calculating the mid⁃span deflection of composite beams suitable for this new type of shear connector wasproposed. The research results show that the composite beam specimen of this shear connector has good bearing capacity,and the failure modes are normal section bending failure. After failure, the entire specimen has a large deflectiondeformation, which meets the ductility design requirements of the specimen. The mid⁃span deflection calculated by thestiffness method is in good agreement with the experimental value.
