某水世界乐园场馆大跨度钢结构设计

摘要: 某水世界乐园场馆结构设计中,外部采用大跨度钢结构外壳,与内部混凝土结构相脱离. 大跨度结构分下部和上部两部分,通过方案阶段的深入比选,确定了实施的结构体系为 Y 形柱支撑、以径向桁架作为加劲肋的单层网壳体系;为保证该结构方案的安全性、合理性和经济性,分别进行了结构的振型、应力比、变形、稳定性分析设计,并选取关键节点进行弹塑性有限元分析. 分析结果表明,各项指标均满足规范和设计要求,结构在关键构件的性能化分析和非线性稳定性分析中表现良好. 对屋盖结构进行分叉柱失效后的抗连续性倒塌分析,结果表明单根分叉柱失效不会引起结构的连续性破坏.

Large⁃span steel structure design of a water world stadium

Abstract: In the structural design of a water park venue, a large⁃span steel shell is used on the outside, which is separatedfrom the internal concrete structure. The large⁃span structure is divided into two parts, the lower part and the upper part.Through in⁃depth comparison and selection at the plan stage, the implemented structural system was determined, and it iswas a single⁃layer reticulated shell system supported by Y⁃shaped columns and using radial trusses as stiffeners. In order toensure the safety, rationality and economy of the structural scheme, the vibration mode, stress ratio, deformation andstability of the structure were carried out respectively. Elastoplastic finite element analysis was carried out for some keyjoints. The analysis results show that all indicators meet the specifications and design requirements, and the structureperforms behave well in the performance analysis and nonlinear stability analysis of key components. The analysis ofanti⁃continuous collapse analysis of the roof structure after the failure of the bifurcation column was done. The results showsthat the failure of a single bifurcation column will not cause the continuous failure of the structure.
