山地建筑宜兴大觉寺藏经楼结构设计分析

摘要: 宜兴大觉寺藏经楼属于传统风格的山地建筑,针对基础和上部结构设计中的若干问题进行了分析和总结.首先基岩的承载力较高,基础采用了人工挖孔桩和挖孔墩基础,采用小直径挖孔桩静载检测和岩石地基载荷试验相结合的方式对地基进行了检测. 其次设计考虑了三面有土地下室对结构嵌固端的影响,并从抗倾覆、抗滑移、抗浮力三个方面对结构进行了验算. 而后对位于边坡上的柱按实际柱底标高和适当降低标高进行了包络设计,用大震静力弹塑性分析薄弱柱墙,对损伤较重位置采取两道防线设计. 通过分析及验算总结出:山地建筑由于吊脚或掉层会形成竖向不规则,主体结构应尽量减少不规则类型,边坡附近的建筑应考虑不利地段可能产生的地震放大作用;传统风格建筑的复杂造型及构造会导致结构侧向刚度不规则、楼板不连续,甚至扭转不规则,可通过合理设置柱、墙的截面、间距,使得全楼范围的柱、墙轴压比接近,质心和刚心接近,进而使结构有更好的抗震抗扭转性能.

Design and analysis of structure on slopes for buddhist scripture library of Dajue Temple Building

Abstract:Yixing Dajue Temple Building belongs to the traditional style mountain building. Some problems in the design offoundation and upper structure were analyzed and summarized. First of all, the bedrock has a high bearing capacity, andthe foundation adopted artificial digging piles and digging piers foundation, which was tested by the combination of smalldiameter digging pile static load detection and rock foundation load test. Secondly, the design considered the influence ofthree⁃sided earth basement on the embedded end of the structure, and checked the structure from three aspects ofanti⁃overturning, anti⁃sliding and anti⁃floating. Then, the envelope design of the column on the slope was carried outaccording to the actual column base elevation and the appropriate reduction of the elevation. The weak columns and wallswere analyzed by the static elastic⁃plastic analysis under large earthquake, and two defense lines were adopted for thesevere damage position. Through the analysis and checking calculation, it is concluded that the vertical irregularity ofmountain building will be formed due to stilts or falling layers. The main structure should minimize the irregular types. Thebuilding near the slope should consider the possible seismic amplification effect of unfavorable sections. The complexmodeling and construction of traditional style building will lead to irregular lateral stiffness, discontinuous floor slab, andeven irregular torsion. By reasonably setting the section and spacing of columns and walls, the axial compression ratio ofcolumns and walls in the whole building have similar values, and the centroid and rigid center are close to overlap, so thatthe structure has better seismic and torsional performance.
